Masters of Beauty Reality Show – Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1. Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
1.3. Applicants must not have any current contracts that would conflict with participation
(e.g., agency or media exclusivity agreements).
1.5. Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of the Production Company or sponsors
are not eligible.
2. Application and Selection
2.1. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.
2.2. Participants must provide truthful and accurate information during the application process.
2.3. The producers reserve the right to conduct background checks.
3. Participation Obligations
3.1. Selected participants agree to take part in filming, promotional activities, interviews,
and any other scheduled appearances as required.
3.2. Participants must follow the show's rules and instructions given by producers, mentors, or
judges.
3.3. Participants must maintain professionalism, punctuality, and respect for others at all
times.
3.4. Any form of harassment, violence, or misconduct may result in immediate disqualification.
4. Intellectual Property and Media Rights
4.1. All footage, photos, recordings, and materials produced during the show are the exclusive
property of the producers.
4.2. Participants grant the producers and affiliates the right to use their name, image, voice,
likeness, biography, and performance in all media worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional
compensation.
4.3. Participants may not post behind-the-scenes content without written permission from the
producers.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. Participants must keep details of the show’s format, challenges, results, and other
confidential information private until officially released by the producers.
5.2. Breach of confidentiality may lead to legal action and financial penalties.
6. Disqualification and Withdrawal
6.1. The producers reserve the right to disqualify any participant at any time for violating
rules, breaching these terms, or engaging in behavior deemed harmful to the show's integrity.
6.2. Participants who withdraw voluntarily may not be eligible for return, compensation, or
future participation.
7. Prizes
7.1. Prizes are non-transferable and may be subject to taxes or deductions under applicable
laws.
7.2. The producers reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater
value.
8. Liability Waiver
8.1. Participants agree to release the producers, sponsors, and affiliates from liability for
injury, loss, or damage sustained in connection with participation in the show.
8.2. Participants acknowledge that they are participating voluntarily and assume all associated
risks.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Kenya.
9.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya
10. Amendments
10.1. The producers reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
10.2. Participants will be notified of any material changes and may be asked to agree to updated
terms.
By applying to or participating in the Masters of Beauty Reality Show, you confirm that you have
read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
